We Started Cambodia Premium Bacon Because We Knew Cambodia Deserved Better

There are some foods people never stop missing when they move abroad or travel often. For many, proper bacon is one of them.

Louis brings the food expertise.

With experience in international five-star hotels, he knows what quality looks like, what it tastes like, and what customers remember. He understands the difference between food that is simply acceptable and food that makes people want more. He brings the chef’s eye to everything we do — from ingredient selection to curing, slicing, flavour balance and the final eating experience.

That matters, because premium bacon should never be average. It should feel like someone has cared enough to do it properly.

John — The Worldly Perspective

John is American and, through his work, has visited 82 countries. That kind of experience changes how you see food, quality and customer expectations. He has seen what good products look like in great markets, and he understands how powerful it is when a business solves a genuine gap with something people really want.

He helps keep Cambodia Premium Bacon commercially sharp, globally aware and ambitious. He knows that a premium product should not only taste better — it should feel like a brand customers are proud to buy.
